Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Golden Dome Comércio de Equipamentos Táticos Ltda., CNPJ 43.135.107/0001-50 (“Golden Dome”), handles personal data collected on this website, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, LGPD).

Data controller

Golden Dome is the controller of the data processed on this website. For any privacy matter, write to comercial@goldendome.com.br.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form: name, email, phone, organization, job title, state, company website, interest, process number and your message, plus the profile you chose. With the submission we record the date and time you accepted this policy, your IP address, your browser, your approximate location (city, state and country) and the organization that owns the network you used, for security and as proof of consent.

When you browse the site, if you allow measurement cookies: pages visited, clicks, where the visit came from, device type and approximate region, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records sessions without identifying you by name and masks what you type. We also record the organization that owns the network the visit comes from (for example, a government agency’s network), without storing the IP address.

If you allow marketing cookies: Meta and LinkedIn pixel identifiers, used to measure and target campaigns on those platforms.

We do not collect sensitive data and do not ask for personal documents through the site.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare quotes and proposals and carry on the business relationship.
• To record the contact in our sales management system (CRM).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To measure campaigns, when you consent to marketing.
• To protect the site and the form against abuse.

Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and protection), Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity and email), Meta and LinkedIn (pixels, only with consent) and the provider that sends the form notification email. Some are outside Brazil; international transfers follow art. 33 of the LGPD. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Contact data is kept while there is a business relationship and for up to 5 years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer. Browsing data follows the measurement tools’ retention, of up to 14 months.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm that we process your data, and for access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent (art. 18 of the LGPD). Write to comercial@goldendome.com.br. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).

You can change your cookie choices at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the site footer.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated.
